Colleagues collaborating around a bright workspace table

About

We started as bookkeepers who kept getting the same call: the till said one number, the bank said another.

Origin

DevCache Hub formed in Chiang Mai after years of reconciling hospitality and retail books for operators along Nimmanahaeminda Road and beyond. Owners trusted their point-of-sale applications for daily service, yet month-end still produced unexplained gaps. We narrowed our practice to the financial audit of those applications—how sales, voids, refunds, and deposits are recorded and controlled.

How we work

We visit the floor when it matters. Observing a real shift close often reveals more than a remote export. We speak with cashiers and managers in plain language, then write findings that your bookkeeper can act on without translating jargon.

People

Our engagements are led by practitioners with retail accounting backgrounds and hands-on experience reading POS period reports from common Thai retail and café setups. We bring in local language support when staff prefer Thai during interviews, while formal memos are delivered in English for owners and overseas partners.

Values we hold

  • Evidence over assumption — every material finding cites a report, ticket sample, or deposit record.
  • Respect for floor pace — we schedule fieldwork around service peaks, not against them.
  • Clear next actions — recommendations name who should change a habit or privilege, not vague “strengthen controls” lines.
  • Confidential handling — till and staff details stay within the engagement team.

Community footing

Chiang Mai’s independent shops and guest houses often run lean teams. We price and pace work so a single-location café can request a focused review without buying an enterprise package they will never use.
