What to gather before we visit your tills

Fieldwork goes faster when exports are ready. Before a DevCache Hub visit, please gather:

1. Period sales summary and tender breakout from the POS application
2. Void, refund, and discount reports for the same dates
3. User list with roles or privilege names
4. Deposit slips or transfer confirmations matching those dates
5. Card batch settlement reports from your acquirer
6. Notes on known anomalies (power cuts, festival staffing, till replacements)

If a report cannot be exported, say so early. We would rather shorten the period than invent substitutes. Label files by location and date range; mixed folders from three branches slow everyone down, including your own team.
