Data we collect

• Engagement details (locations, till counts, POS application names, document exports)
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Billing and correspondence records needed to administer an engagement

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver financial audit engagements, issue invoices, improve site content, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry messages without an engagement are typically kept up to 24 months. Engagement files, including POS extracts shared with us, are retained for up to seven years unless a longer period is required for dispute or legal reasons. Analytics data follows the durations listed in our Cookies page.

Your rights

We limit access to engagement files to staff assigned to your work and use access-controlled storage for client documents. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary payment card numbers in email.
