Intellectual property

Text, branding, and materials on this website belong to DevCache Hub or its licensors. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Findings memos delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; DevCache Hub retains methods and templates.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to POS reports and premises as agreed, and authority for staff interviews. Delays in document delivery may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, DevCache Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For professional work, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We do not guarantee detection of every irregularity; sampling-based reviews may not identify all exceptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chiang Mai have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Website availability

We may update or suspend site content without notice. Published rates are guidance only and may change before an engagement letter is issued.
